Mario
Mario Dew | Inventor, President & CEO
Mario is a strong leader, problem solver, creative thinker, team builder, creator, and exceptional collaborator who is passionate about the health and wellness industry. He is an experienced and certified personal trainer and sports nutritionist who will serve as the face of the NuProCore® Fitness Co., curating its unique product line while engaging in frequent travel to health and wellness events.
Starting as a humble athlete at the age of 15, Mario’s fitness career has spanned over two decades in the health, wellness, and recovery industry. Savvy in entrepreneurship, from 2002 to 2022, as a boutique business owner in Chicago, IL, and the Dallas/Fort Worth metro area, Mario built a six-figure mobile fitness business. At these locations, he also managed and oversaw the daily operations, hired, trained, and scheduled employees, retained clients, and worked diligently to maintain quality standards.
Mario has an extensive portfolio of training clients with various underlying health conditions and physical limitations, such as back and knee problems. His clients often found it challenging to use conventional cardiovascular exercise equipment for exercise. During rehabilitation sessions, many of his clients were offered limited rehabilitation care to regain mobility and recover from injury. This desire to help his clients push through their physical limitations sparked his invention of the NuProCore® Cycle, the company’s flagship inversion system product line.
Tamika
Tamika L. Dew | Chief Operating Officer
Tamika is a multi-award-winning, financially astute, no-holds-barred strategy executive with over two decades of expertise driving corporations’ organizational vision, growth strategies, and alignment among C-Level leadership. Tamika dives headfirst into solving complex, deep-seated challenges, redefining possibilities, and reframing thinking to capitalize on opportunities that have previously eluded predecessors by leveraging distinction in enterprise market insight and on-demand professional services expertise. Tamika is a turnaround expert with a repeated history of success leading startup, small, mid, and large-scale, cross-organizational strategic projects, building high-performing teams, and delivering record-breaking revenue results. Bearing sophisticated communication skills, she is an engaging and insightful motivator who has educated her audiences across the globe. Tamika effectively carries out the plans and procedures of the President and CEO and ensures the organization is running smoothly, efficiently, and effectively. Tamika holds an Executive Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing and Finance, both from Colorado Technical University, and she holds fifteen (15) certifications ranging in business, marketing, human resource, purchasing, contract law, and government contract management.
Eddie
Eddie G. Richards, III, CFA | Chief Financial Officer
Eddie began his career in 2000 with SMW Trading Company, Inc. as a Trader Assistant in the S&P 500 Options pits at both the Chicago Mercantile Exchange and the Chicago Board Options Exchange. In 2002, he was promoted to Proprietary Trader, where his main responsibility was implementing various risk/reward strategies while trading the S&P 500 futures. In 2007, Eddie joined Wachovia Securities as an Associate in the Media Telecom & Technology Investment Banking group, where he was involved in all aspects of deal origination and execution. In 2009, Eddie joined Johnson Controls, Inc. as a Lead Financial Analyst, where he worked on integral projects with C-level executives and was subsequently promoted to the roles of increasing responsibilities. In 2014, he joined the Global Liquidity group within the General Motors Treasury department, where he was responsible for providing debt and equity funding to GM subsidiaries and JVs. In April 2015, he was promoted to his current position within General Motors International Treasury in Shanghai, China, working on various capital planning and business development-related initiatives. Eddie will effectively carry out the company’s plans and procedures as Chief Financial Officer to ensure that the company’s overall financial health and financial objectives are achieved. He received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Accounting from Northwestern University J.L. Kellogg School of Management in Evanston, IL.
